I.- Privacy policy and protection of personal data.
In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in accordance with Organic Law 03/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, EL TALLER DE MENIA S. C. (hereinafter MENIA RESTAURACION) hereby informs its users and those of this website of the use and processing of the personal data that they provide or will provide in their relationship with us and of the data protection policy that will be applied to said data.
II. Means by which personal data is collected. Purposes of processing.
Contact form, request for quotations, project management, delivery and installation of works, face-to-face and/or telematic customer service, delivery of training programmes, instant messaging communications and other traditional means of communication. The personal data collected will be deposited and incorporated into processes for which MENIA RESTAURACION is responsible or in charge, as appropriate.
Likewise, users may provide us with their data through the aforementioned channels, in order to attend to their requests or queries and the rest of the services associated with our restoration and heritage activity. Likewise, the user gives his/her legitimate and/or express consent to the use of the data he/she provides us with for the aforementioned purposes.

The recipients of this information will only be MENIA RESTAURACION, as well as all the staff, internal or external collaborators and professionals of the Responsible, who require access to the personal data for the performance of their functions or by legal obligation. The data provided by the user may be transferred to different companies, suppliers or entities related to the person responsible, always within the established legal terms and/or for their correct attention.
The user is responsible for the veracity of his/her data, undertaking not to enter false data and to rectify them if necessary; the user declares that when he/she does not provide his/her personal data but those of a third party, he/she is authorised by the latter to enter them. MENIA RESTAURACION will be exonerated from liability in the event that the request for a sample or correction of data is made from the e-mail address provided to us by any of the means indicated, as in this case it will be presumed that it is the user who is making the request.
MENIA RESTAURACION provides its users with all the means to enable them to modify their data. The data collected or generated will be processed, deposited and incorporated into data processing for which MENIA RESTAURACION, with address for notifications at C/ Gladiolos, 20 Bajo, 29651 Mijas Costa (Málaga), is responsible.
By sending his/her data, the user expressly and legitimately authorises MENIA RESTAURACION to process his/her personal data, insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment and maintenance of existing relations, where applicable, between the parties.
In the cases of participation in workshops organised by the Public Administration, your data will become the responsibility of the public entity in question that is bidding for the activity, with MENIA RESTAURACION being the entity in charge of processing as the bidder for the workshop.
III. Exercise of Data Protection Rights
The user has the right to request and obtain, free of charge, information about their personal data subject to processing, their origin (which in our case will always be those indicated in this policy) and the communications that may affect them. Users may send a written communication to the indicated notification address of MENIA RESTAURACION or to the e-mail address info@meniarestauracion.com, including in both cases a photocopy of their ID card or other similar identification document, to request the exercise of their rights of access, rectification, deletion, oblivion, portability, limitation of processing, cancellation and opposition. You may also file a complaint directly with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that your rights have been infringed.

IV. Consent and revocation of the user for information purposes
Given the nature of this our activity, by completing and sending their information, the user expressly requests and consents to the contact and sending by any means, including electronic means, of information on services and other activities related to MENIA RESTAURACION, authorising us to send them the information that best suits their specific requests. These communications may be sent even after the termination, where applicable, of the relationship with MENIA RESTAURACION, insofar as the user has not expressed his/her opposition to this processing by the means made available, in accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
